Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and interconnectivity of existing HR systems ensuring governance in line with legislation including data protection
Working with the HR team you will provide specialist support and data analysis for the annual salary/compensation process, strategic reward projects, job evaluation, and local compensation programs.
To oversee and administer a fair and competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with the company's strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
Annual Compensation Process: Collate annual compensation data, analyse the data, and support the production of reports for budgeting and year-end reporting.
