HR Analyst

Are you a talented and motivated HR specialist with a passion for HR analytics? Our client, a leading global organisation based in Sussex, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their People team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing HR data and identify trends and patterns in the data to provide valuable insights to the People team, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role accountabilities and align with Talent Framework behaviours.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to HR teams.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes by implementing data-driven solutions, such as dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity across entities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to enhance data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Support retention initiatives, producing data and metrics to reflect key areas of activity.
  • Assist with M&A integration processes, including job evaluations and alignment to organisational structures.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, such as an HR generalist/assistant/coordinator, would be ideal.
  • Familiarity with working in a multinational environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and innovative thinking to improve HR processes.
