Reporting directly the HR Director, the role is to take lead on first line HR support for the business they are looking for a switched on bright HR professional to align with the business strategy, and deliver an efficient, compliant service that adds value to the company.
The CMA HR Division are working with this growing manufacturing organisation based in Aldershot to recruit a hands on switched on HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
What will the HR Advisor role involve
Provide guidance on operational HR, and recruitment processes, including Return to Work, PIP, onboarding, offboarding and disciplinary procedures.
