Our client are a well known fashion brand who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join them for a 3 month fixed term contract, to offer support, during a busy period.
HR OFFICER Job Summary: As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes from recruitment to exit.
You will oversee administrative tasks such as posting job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, managing interviews, logging CVs, and conducting background checks and being responsible for the ATS from beginning to end.
Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts, conducting inductions, and managing exit interviews.
We have the opportunity for a Change Manager to join our Business Change Management department.
You will report to the Head of Business Change Management and will work with leaders, sponsors, and the Business Transformation Group across the portfolio of strategic change, and consult, drive and promote focus on our people so that our resulting delivery plans anticipate and navigate likely impacts.

Your new role
Over seeing a team of 5, you will lead the team in ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to and that all Employee Relation cases are handled in a timely manner and in line with company SLA's.
You will ensure that all cases are logged and processes are followed in the correct way, along with follow-ups, recommendations and next steps advised.
