We have a unique opportunity to lead a significant change initiative within a large, diverse organisation in the utilities sectors, with numerous business units under one umbrella.
The Role
You will be the driving force behind a group-wide transformation project, initially focused on standardising HR processes across 10-15 businesses within the organisation.
The role, Head of Change Management is instrumental in driving the company's growth ambition, transformation portfolio and achievement of strategic objectives.
Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, who is looking for a Project Manager with a focus on change management to partner with them and become an associate to support the HR Transformation Programme.
This will be a hybrid working initial 3-month contract (with a view of rolling contract) with ideally 1-2 days based in the City of London.
Assignment Details
Location: London (Hybrid Working - 1-2 days per week).
