Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, who is looking for a Project Manager with a focus on change management to partner with them and become an associate to support the HR Transformation Programme. This will be a hybrid working initial 3-month contract (with a view of rolling contract) with ideally 1-2 days based in the City of London.
Assignment Details
- Location: London (Hybrid Working - 1-2 days per week)
- Duration: Initial 3 months - until end of 2024 (with potential extension)
- Day Rate: £500 per day via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.
The Project Manager - Change Specialist will need experience in:
- Financial Services Experience: Ideally in the banking sector.
- HR Transformation: Experience with HR transformation projects, including improvements to employee relations (ER) and service delivery models.
- Project Management Background and Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with a specific focus on change management and transformation within large organisations.
- Transformation Change Delivery: Proven ability to lead and deliver transformation projects, including system implementations, process improvements, or organisational restructuring.
- Working Within a Matrix Environment: Experience operating effectively in a matrix organisational structure, coordinating across various departments and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Internal Consulting Roles: Skills in providing internal consultancy, advising on change management strategies, and facilitating smooth transitions within teams.
- Managing Complex Change Initiatives: Experience in handling large-scale change initiatives, developing comprehensive change plans, and managing resistance.
