We have a Field-based / Remote role with a requirement to travel on a national basis and to London 2 or 3 times a week.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Provide support and guidance to managers on complex matters, such as capability, serious conduct, employee relations, and suspensions and investigations management.

The role will involve supporting employees with HR advice, supporting managers with their understanding and implementation of HR policies and supporting with case meetings.
The role will be based on site and is a permanent opportunity, the salary on offer will be pro rata based on a full time salary of between £25,000 - £32,000.
The HR team is responsible for the provision of a full range of HR services to the Firm (c. 1,200 UK staff), including recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, staff wellbeing, advice on employment law issues, compliance with Law Society/statutory obligations, diversity and inclusion, and maintenance of e-personnel records.
