Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting for a part time HR Case Advisor.
The role will be based on site and is a permanent opportunity, the salary on offer will be pro rata based on a full time salary of between £25,000 - £32,000.
The role will involve supporting employees with HR advice, supporting managers with their understanding and implementation of HR policies and supporting with case meetings.
Specific Duties will include:
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the business by becoming first point of contact for HR advice & guidance
- Assist across the business by supporting understanding and implementations of policies across your case portfolio
- Support in Case meetings, taking notes, preparing outcome documents
- Ensure all records are kept up to date
- Brief the HR team on case statuses & approach being taken
- Support wider business providing feedback & insight from your case work for use in workshops, training & Coaching
To be succesful in this role you will need to have previous experience within a HR position & be CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards qualifications.
