You are a HR Generalist and crave the variety and diversity that the role brings; you have run several projects and taken ownership of rolling them out.
As our Senior HR Advisor you will have the sole responsibility of one site (Bolton), whilst supporting another (Manchester).
You'll enjoy the fast-pace and challenges that manufacturing brings, whilst being empowered and encouraged to 'get things done'.
This is an onsite role, you will be expected to be onsite across the week Monday to Friday (there is the option of occasional working from home)

Reporting to the Site Director and an offsite HR Manager, you will lead the day-to-day HR operations for their 200 employee site, whilst managing an HR Officer.
A really exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to set up the HR department for forward thinking Organisation with a strong reputation and proven track record of delivering success.
You will report to the MD and take responsibly for the full HR life Cycle.
Generate and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports, supporting the People team with data analytics.
