About the HR Assistant role
As our HR Assistant, you will be a key member of a small Human Resources (HR) support team, working across many aspects of HR, including recruitment, contracts, and payroll administration, as well as providing administrative support (including note taking) to the HR team during employee relations cases.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service have an opportunity available for a HR Assistant (maternity cover) to join our team on a full time, temporary basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £25,119 - £27,803 per annum.
You will need to be able to think fast and be confident working in a busy environment, dealing with a high demand from our internal customers, and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
