We are supporting a London based University with the recruitment of a Human Resources Advisor.
The post holder will support the delivery of efficient, high quality, customer-focused HR services to managers and staff across Schools and Professional Services, in accordance with the University's policies and procedures.
Length of contract: 2 months (with the possibility to extend)
Reed HR are seeking a HR Administrator to work for a Professional Services company for a full-time temporary position initially until the end of December 2024.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for staff queries and will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, data management, and supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Day-to-day of the role
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies, processes, compensation, benefits, and wellness, escalating complex issues to the HRBP.
