Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that drive our success.
- Ensure our payroll processes are accurate and compliant.
- Uphold the highest standards of HR controls and compliance.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights and support for our shared services operations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive HR operational experience, including policy development and payroll oversight.
- Knowledge of shared services and change management is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in HR controls and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
