An HR Advisor is needed to provide guidance and support across the entire employee life cycle on an initial 6 month FTC (may be a chance to become a permanent position). The role involves a breadth of HR duties, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations and performance management. Client Details This role would suit someone who wants to work for a truly innovative company, who are on the cutting edge of design and technology within the transport industry. You will be working alongside small but mighty HR team who support a European remit. This role would require you to live in a commutable distance of the Thames Valley, but offers 95% remote working. Description Responsibilities for the HR Advisor include: Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees. Manage the employee onboarding process Advise on HR policy and procedure. Take ownership of HR projects. Conduct HR inductions. Provide accurate reports on a variety of HR related data Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: Professional experience in a HR role, ideally with across multiple European countries Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of employment law. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Job Offer A salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 per anum.
