An HR Advisor is needed to provide guidance and support across the entire employee life cycle on an initial 6 month FTC (may be a chance to become a permanent position). The role involves a breadth of HR duties, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.

Description
Responsibilities for the HR Advisor include:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees.
- Manage the employee onboarding process
- Advise on HR policy and procedure.
- Take ownership of HR projects.
- Conduct HR inductions.
- Provide accurate reports on a variety of HR related data
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Professional experience in a HR role, ideally with across multiple European countries
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Offer
- A salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 per anum.
