We are seeking a professional and detail orientated HR Advisor who is methodical, organised and has experience working within a busy HR Department.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all HR processes and procedures, they will be a proficient user of technology including MS Office and data bases and they will be able to work independently.
The client would like a candidate who is available at short notice and the role will be offered on a contract basis for 4 - 6 months
HR Advisor CIPD level 5 or above or equivalent qualification
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, knowledgeable and collaborative HR Advisor who is CIPD level 5 or above qualified, has a good understanding of Employment law and an interest in working as a HR Generalist and getting involved in all aspects of HR.
My clients need some HR Admin Support for all stages of employee life cycle from recruitment advertising, candidate supplier liaison through to the exit process and collating feedback gained during exit interviews, the primary focus of this role with be to provide admin support to the HR team.
In this role you will report directly to the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with their fleet, procurement, health and safety, IT and payroll functions; and external service providers.
We are looking for a 360 Recruiter ideally from the driving division however we will also look at a recruiter from another sector who has run a temps desk
We are looking for a professional hard working individual who has a real passion for running a hot temps desk
This is a demanding role so someone who enjoys challenges and can work a busy workload
