R13 Recruitment are supporting utilities provider in their search for an Administrator to join them on a full time, temporary assignment available on a minimum 4-month basis, working 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £12.60 per hour and includes free, onsite parking. You will provide integral support on administrative tasks, including managing system jobs, handing incoming queries and data input. The day to day Inputting data onto company system, ensuring accuracy. Adding, tracking and monitoring jobs on the system, updating to reflect current status. Communicating with customers via telephone, handling any queries and providing clear information. Ensuring effective communication between internal & external parties to facilitate smooth project execution. Filing, scanning and maintaining records. Additional administrative tasks where required. You will have/be Administration experience is desired. Strong attention to detail. Data inputting experience with Excel knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well organised with excellent time management skills.
