R13 Recruitment are supporting utilities provider in their search for an Administrator to join them on a full time, temporary assignment available on a minimum 4-month basis, working 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £12.60 per hour and includes free, onsite parking. You will provide integral support on administrative tasks, including managing system jobs, handing incoming queries and data input.
The day to day
- Inputting data onto company system, ensuring accuracy.
- Adding, tracking and monitoring jobs on the system, updating to reflect current status.
- Communicating with customers via telephone, handling any queries and providing clear information.
- Ensuring effective communication between internal & external parties to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Filing, scanning and maintaining records.
- Additional administrative tasks where required.
You will have/be
- Administration experience is desired.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data inputting experience with Excel knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills.
