Administrator Receptionist

Our client is seeking an ongoing temporary position but could become permanent for the right person, this role really is all about the person and team fit and they love the option of starting off as temp to see how it all works out with then potential to offer a permanent contract. This role is working condensed hours over 4 days, so you get a 3-day weekend! Our client is the premium top end of their market and need a candidate to represent them in this market as a premium brand.

Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join our growing business this role comes with free parking. The role is the face of our company, handling reception and front desk duties, you really will be the eyes and ears of the business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Receiving inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling queries.
  • Performing general office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Handling postal duties, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring they are directed to the correct recipients.
  • Fulfilling orders and sending them out
  • Printing off certificates (you must have high attention to details with excellent spelling and grammar)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using email and phone systems.
  • A welcoming and professional demeanour.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
