We're seeking to recruit a Senior HR Officer to join a leading manufacturing organisation based close to Melton Mowbray with over 400 employees.
Working as part of the HR team and taking the lead in managing and supporting three HR Advisers and Co-Ordinators, along with leading on employment related cases of varying levels.
With additional strategic people projects work, alongside auditing, reviewing, and driving efficiencies and improvements on a day-to-day basis.
Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 19:00 - 07:00, 07:00 - 19:00 - 42 hours per week
