Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently recruiting for an exciting distribution business in Leicestershire. We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor for a high growing, fast moving, multi channel company on a full time, permanent basis.
This role reflects the growth and success of the business and will operate as part of the wider HR operational team. You will be reporting into a supportive HR Manager who is looking to develop you whilst working a combination of 3-4 onsite or across multiple sites and 1-2 days working from home.
Your role will include:-
- ER Cases including disciplinaries, grievances and ensuring employment policies are implemented fairly
- Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
- Supporting on business initiatives, ensuring the approach complies with up to date legislation and minimises risk to the business
- Involvement with all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development and Change Management
