Reporting to the Business Manager and Headteacher, the HR Manager is responsible for delivering a high quality and efficient HR service.
The core of the role is year-round provision of a comprehensive, confidential and accurate HR and Safer Recruiting service and to ensure the School is always compliant with relevant employment law legislation.
The post is critical in ensuring the School is prepared for regulatory inspections by the ISI and other relevant bodies.
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well established company based centrally in Medway Towns for a Part-Time Administrator to join the friendly HR team initially on a temporary basis.
There may be an opportunity for a permanent position after a qualifying period, for the right candidate.
You will be working 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday; the hours can be flexible starting between 08.00am and 09.00am, working 5 hours per day.
