Job Title: HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on HR support, from employee relations to performance management.
- Manage casework on disputes, grievances, disciplinaries, absences, and redundancies.
- Oversee probation monitoring, advising managers, and ensuring timely action.
- Administer contracts, employee paperwork, and maintain compliance records.
- Support payroll processes and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment efforts and advise on cultural and change management.
- Deliver HR reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Drive HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD qualified Level 5
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with key stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and delivering results.
