Our client is a large government association and looking for an experienced Service Charge professional to join their team.
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right right candidate.
Accurately plan, calculate, and prepare estimated service charge budgets, for existing schemes and for new-build properties within your designated area.
We are currently recruiting for our client based in Basingstoke for a permanent Caretaker / Maintenance Operative.This is hands on role, responsible for the day to day running, some interim cleaning and maintenance of 2 sites containing residential buildings set in their own grounds.
Responsibilities
Sweeping of the car park area and a litter pick of the grounds daily/as required.
To undertake each morning a visual inspection of the fabric of the building to identify any issues for resolution.

Your key responsibilities are
Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the team.
Maintain working relationships with client representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach.
