VIEWING ASSISTANT – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: £10-£12/hr
Position: Permanent – Part Time
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, award winning Independent Estate Agency with offices in Chandlers Ford as Property Viewings Assistant.
The role will involve meeting and greeting potential home hunters and showing them around properties ensuring it's shown to the best advantage. You will provide them with precise knowledge about the property local area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in agency however this not essential. You will have face to face customer service experience, have impeccable time keeping, professional appearance coupled with faultless communication skills.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Viewings Assistant (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency or customer facing experience beneficial
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Punctual
- Extremely customer focused
- A professional approach
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and car owner required
