Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint an Housing Officer on a 3-6 month rolling contract with indication to be extended.
This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate of £20.50 per hour through umbrella, for a 37-hour contract per week.
This role will be based within the very busy Housing Advice service providing housing related advice to non UK nationals including Serco leavers.
Your primary focus will be to prevent households from becoming homeless through using a wide range of tools available to you.
You will be expected to participate in multi-agency meetings to support those most vulnerable in our communities to ensure sustainability of tenancies and accommodation arrangements.
