Housing Officer – Housing Association – Brief Overview:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint an Housing Officer on a 3-6 month rolling contract with indication to be extended. This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate of £20.50 per hour through umbrella, for a 37-hour contract per week. This position offers flexible working hours along with hybrid working.

- Delivering effective housing management service, including tenancy management an enforcement
- Supporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed
- Dealing with elements of ASB such as safeguarding and mediation7
- Undertaking effective lettings service where needed for void properties and end of tenancy

- Previous experience as a Housing Officer
