Work with LSL facilities to organise facilities management across e.surv sites, including maintenance, ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.
To act as the liaison point of contact between e.surv and its parent company LSL Facilities dept on all premises and property management related matters - to include internal customers, plus landlords, surveyors, managing agents, local authorities and suppliers.
Prime Function: Marketing and letting properties to customers, managing the process from the outgoing customer giving notice to end their tenancy, through to onboarding the new customer into their home.
