Our client, a financial regulatory organisation, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible.
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Management Team's operations and ensuring the smooth running of their facilities.
This is a full-time, temporary role starting Monday 16th September on a rolling contract expected to be a number of weeks whilst they recruit for the role permanently.
We are on the lookout for a versatile and welcoming Receptionist / Administrator to oversee our front desk operations and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling petty cash, adept with IT, CRMs, and databases, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
