Our client, a global organisation is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team in their modern offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
