A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Community Care Coordinator to join our well-established, hard-working and fun team at our Homecare Service at Excelcare Homecare covering the vibrant Tower Hamlets area of East London.
The majority of your time will be spent working with the community - visiting service users in their own homes, as well having dedicated time within the office to complete necessary documentation.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role as part of a dedicated team, ensuring the personal care needs of our residents are met with the utmost respect for their dignity and a commitment to promoting their independence.
