Job Description:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you are looking for a career change or starting your journey in healthcare, we provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed for this rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with their morning and evening routines, including getting in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Administration: Help clients take their prescribed medication.
- Running Errands: Support clients with errands such as shopping and picking up prescriptions.
- Companionship: Provide social interaction, a friendly conversation, humor, and a positive atmosphere.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing beds, and washing up.
- Meal Preparation: Cook and prepare various meals throughout the day, ensuring clients enjoy nutritious, home-cooked food.
Shifts Available Monday to Sunday:
- Morning Shift: 7 AM - 2:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM - 10 PM
- Part-Time Morning: 7 AM - 12 PM
- Part-Time Afternoon: 12 PM - 5 PM
- Evening Shift: 5 PM - 10 PM
Qualifications:
- No previous experience necessary; full training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation needed.
