I am partnering exclusively with my client based in Goosnargh, Preston, in their search for an Administration Manager.
Reporting into one of the Directors you will take responsibility for the following:
To assistant and provide day to day administrative support to the wider Estates team.
Ensure all Estates Services Helpdesk, Reception, Car Parking, and general enquiries are dealt with and resolved by utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and booking software.
To provide a first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Our client a successful professional services firm based in corporate offices with free car parking near Chorley who are looking for us to recruit on their behalf an Office Administrator/Receptionist - this role may suit a junior with some office experience looking to progress.
