We are hiring a Service Desk Administrator for our amazing client based just outside of Royston.
This role is working for a national Mechanical and Electrical building service provider, who offer integrated planned preventative as well as reactive maintenance services across all property portfolios and are looking for an administrator with great organisation and communication skills.
This is a full-time position starting on a temporary basis with a view of going permanent for the right candidate.
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client, a well established presence in the Upminster/Ockendon area.
Working in an office environment, duties of the role will include, but may not be limited to, answering and directing phone calls, data input, processing and inputting orders, emailing clients and line managers and cross selling products, chasing quotations and helping with sales.
Applicants must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, have a professional approach to work and be able to commit to a Monday to Friday, full time role and be comfortable updating a CRM system.
Working as a Customer Service Administrator, the appointed person will play a key part in being the first point of contact for the team, do some fact finding, store and upload data where necessary and then pass on to the relevant party.
This position will be for 6 months with the potential for an extension or a permanent offer.
A large employer with sites across Manchester are looking for someone to join the team on a contract basis.
