Administrator Assistant

Your new role

  • The management of the office supplies inventory and places orders as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and other important documents.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with an office environment
