You'll be the first point of contact for our 1.8 million clients and support them through inbound calls and written correspondence.

Working within our dedicated Careline team, you would be responsible for delivering high quality administration including customer focused support and working closely with the case managers and team leaders, whilst striving to deliver a streamlined service.
