Monday to Friday - (7am - 3pm and 10am - 6pm - rolling rota)

Hybrid - Bristol, BS13 8BX, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home

Join our team as a Care Coordinator in our Learning Disability and Autism team in our Bristol office working in a hybrid model, where you'll coordinate our care work alongside dedicated colleagues to support our clients and healthcare workers. We're looking for candidates who can expertly manage a heavy workload while maintaining a high standard of service. Your role will involve leveraging your knowledge, experience and adaptability, utilising excellent telephone skills, and employing a business-focused approach to drive team growth. Everyday you will...

  • Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails being a point of contact for both our clients and candidates
  • Utilise your attention to detail to plan rotas and making decisions on nurses' suitability for particular shifts ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements and availability.
  • Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behavior to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues.
  • Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner.

To thrive in this role, you must have...

  • have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver memorable top class customer service for our clients
  • previous experience in administration, customer service or a healthcare setting
  • thrive under pressure by proactively managing tasks, prioritising effectively in order to deliver on meeting strict deadlines and KPIS
  • have good team working skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
  • a willingness to deal with high call volumes showcasing a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively.
