As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Description Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Manage and organize diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in project management and follow-up on key deliverables. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. Profile Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
