As a support Worker you will be required to support our clients on a daily basis with day to day life skills and activities, above all you will need to be caring, positive and passionate towards their daily needs.
You must have at least six months experience of working in a support worker role in the past three years, and have a commitment to providing compassionate and supportive person centred care to vulnerable people.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You'll need to have
Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience) Experience working closely with families of the supported (Preferred) Experience managing cerebral palsy would be beneficial but not essential Experience working with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential Full UK drivers license is MANDATORY to be considered for this roleClinical experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will potentially have to assist with various duties as well as personal care.
