Assist in monitoring health and safety performance across the organisation to support continuous improvement.
The health and safety coordinator will assist with developing the current health and safety system to ensure compliance with legislation, procedures and processes.
Key duties include multi-surface cleaning, operating cleaning machines, and preparing buildings for daily use while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities also include reporting any health and safety issues to the Estates Team and performing deep cleaning or sanitising tasks as required.

The successful candidates will be aware of health and safety requirements, ensuring appropriate manual handling techniques are employed and overseeing that no hazards are created or left in the course of your duties, for example trailing leads from a vacuum, or wet floors after mopping.
Cleaners must be able to follow Infection Prevention and Control best practice when undertaking all duties.
