As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be: Responsible for posting adverts and ensuring the relevant Talent Acquisition Specialist is made aware. Maintaining and posting job adverts from templates Completing spot checks on live advertised roles Closing down and cleansing old adverts Overseeing the internal referral scheme Supporting with data cleansing for ATS Collating monthly live vacancy report and share with the wider team Managing recruitment inbox's To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll need: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly proficient written English with excellent key for detail in spelling and grammar. Excellent attention to detail To be IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills. A Positive, can-do attitude and ability to use own initiative and as part of a team.
