The role of Head of Reward Projects will be hybrid but will be based between the London and Birmingham offices focusing on working with a 3rd party provider to create an improved Reward strategy including implementation.
Morgan Philips is working with an Engineering company with offices in London and Birmingham who are searching for a Head of Reward Projects to join them for 6 months on an inside day rate paying up to £800 per day.
Over and above this you will be required to manage the re-tendering of their benefits provider.
