The Head of Programmes is a wide-ranging and key role within the Smallwood Trust's leadership structure working closely with the CEO, the Grants Team and the Board.

Location: Malvern/Remote working with travel to the office 1 or 2 days per month.
You will report into the Head of HR and sit at the heart of the people agenda for the respective function, where you will gain an understanding of the function you partner, collaborating with the leadership teams to deliver the commercial strategy with a robust people plan and talent agenda, allowing you to support development of the culture and leadership accountability.Key Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Business Partnering Team within our Nottingham Support Office, partnering with our Central Operations function.
This role will report into the Head of HR located on another site in the UK, but they do visit regularly.

You will manage the flow of candidates throughout the whole recruitment process from advertising to on-boarding (except for interviewing).
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR team, candidates, external recruiters and Line Managers in support of the business' hiring needs.
