As Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR team, candidates, external recruiters and Line Managers in support of the business' hiring needs. You will manage the flow of candidates throughout the whole recruitment process from advertising to on-boarding (except for interviewing).

As the Learning and Development coordinator, you will support the approval of the scheduling of training programs and monitoring the budget spend whilst developing and maintaining training providers. You will be responsible for the distribution of regular in-house on-line training modules to all staff (e.g. Equality & Diversity, Mental Health etc.)

Overall, you will provide HR support and assistance to the HR Director and Head of HR.

Talent Coordinator Main Responsibilities:

  • Identification and agreeing the recruitment needs and requirements
  • Draft post and manage job adverts and responses
  • Liaise with recruiting manager, recruitment agent, and candidates
  • Create and distribute interview packs and schedules
  • Authorise new starter documents and co-ordinate new starter onboarding schedule
  • Manage annual budget control spreadsheet based on L&D requests
  • Research training providers and coordinate training bookings
  • Provide monthly statistics for HR and Finance
  • Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the HRD for Recruitment and Training budget
  • Support projects applicable to this role as specified by the HRD

Talent Coordinator Skills :

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a recruitment role
  • Generalist HR experience desirable
  • Level 3/level 5 CIPD ideally, and sound talent experience agency or in-house
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • MS Office competent
  • Personable, approachable and a confident team player
  • Confident to own and take the lead on projects
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and has a proactive approach to work
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, and keeps an open mind to new ideas and better ways of working
  • Must be available from 1st September 2024 - 31st August 2025
