I am currently partnering with a fantastic charity organisation who's mission is to support people across the UK who are struggling with mental health issues, drug & alcohol addiction and / or learning difficulties.
They are a 5k headcount business with a head office in Manchester and an office based in London too.
As the Reward Lead you will be responsible for reward and benefits supporting a headcount of c.3,000.
The Reward Lead reports to the HR Director and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the reward and benefits agenda supported by a reward team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Reward team for a well known Bristol based company to cover a period of maternity.

You will report into the Reward Manager and work alongside the team to deliver on various projects including annual salary review, bonus, gender pay gap reporting, recognition and flexible benefits.
