AWE is currently looking for a Project Planner to focus on a variety of projects covering site maintenance and refurbishment, including the installation of control systems, updating existing monitoring devices, and the design and implementation of safety systems.
As a Project Planner, you will work within the Project Controls teams across the business on a broad spectrum of projects, all within some of the most tightly regulated environments possible.
You should have previous experience using Primavera P6 for planning, managing and executing your project work and an understanding of NEC4 Contracts.
Leading, coaching and guiding a small team of more junior Planners, you'll be viewed as an approachable Planning expert who is keen to pass on experience and knowledge to develop others and drive outperformance amongst the team.
As our new Planner, you'll take ownership of the project plan, drive the project team to deliver to the plan and challenge any delay and deviation.

As the Head of Paraplanning you will support the success of the practice by ensuring that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner.
Paraplanners are also responsible for submitting new business, so you will need to understand and oversee business submission within your team.
You will ensure that the quality of the work delivered by your team of inhouse and outsourced paraplanners is to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head of Managed & Professional Services will be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of all contracted services, and for fulfillment of all Professional Services engagements, ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality remain paramount.
The role must work closely with other department heads and sales colleagues to ensure that there is a holistic approach to the end to end services that our customers receive, whilst also continually driving service and quality improvements.
