Duties
Lead staff and be accountable for Managers in your service, including setting clear targets and objectives, proactively managing workflow and priorities; and carrying out effective recruitment, induction, coaching, and ongoing staff management and development.
The successful candidate will be required to work from our head office located in HemelHempstead, you will be the face of the People Team, acting as first point of contact from a HR perspective for the day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
