The hotel has 23 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, an award-winning cocktail bar, private dining rooms and events space.
As the Head of HR, you will report to the FD and take responsibility for the HR department, looking after employees on a regional basis, covering the South East' across 12 main sites and supporting approximately 950 employees.
We have a fantastic opportunity with our client, to sit on the senior leadership team and manage an HR team, consisting of 11 experienced individuals across payroll, Talent, L&D and HR, in a close-knit and collaborative environment.
