This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Pay & Reward to lead the development and execution of The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) reward strategy.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits within the Public Sector, ideally within the Human Resources department.

HYBRID WORKING 2-3 DAYS OFFICE
Reporting to the CRO, you will play an integral role in ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations whilst working with key stakeholders to help enable the firm to meet its commercial ambitions.
The deputy head would be responsible for the management of a small site which caters for a maximum of up to 20 pupils, they would also be expected to manage the staff allocated to that site.
As Head of Compliance you will be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with both internal and external policies and regulations.
The Head of Compliance oversees the development and implementation of procedures that facilitate compliance, the postholder will also work with other stakeholders to ensure compliance throughout all departments and ensure that the organisation has the necessary resources to research and track external laws, regulations, and industry standards..
