Handle are working with an iconic brand to bring a Head of People to the team. The role is newly created following a strategic reshuffle, supporting the UK headcount of the global, matrix brand. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, strategic and commercially astute HR Leader looking for their next opportunity.
Working closely with the UK MD and SLT, you'll head up the UK team with the key focus of elevating and developing the local People offering in line with national business plans. You will bring a new and fresh perspective to the People strategy, and a wealth of generalist experience to be able to build credibility quickly with long standing industry leaders.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Prior experience leading a team within a matrix organisation
- Commercial and progressive approach to people strategy
- Strategic player, but someone who is happy to delve into the detail where needed
- Highly relationship driven and used to working in close partnership with leaders
They operate a hybrid model, but the SLT have committed to spending more time in the office so you will need to be able to be in the Central London based office when needed.
