Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR Shared Services team to ensure high performance and achievement of HR support including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll and Organsiational Development.

The ideal candidate must have experience of providing effective and comprehensive HR administrative assistance to support HR procedures and processes.
This will be a full-time position based in Birmingham, with 4 days in the office a week and one day from home, as well as a salary of £25,465.
